ENGLAND have won the Under-21 European Championship as keeper James Trafford saved a stoppage-time penalty to seal a 1-0 win over Spain.

Cole Palmer’s first-half free-kick deflected off Liverpool man Jones and flew into the net to clinch the trophy for Lee Carsley’s men.
