Court documents now show he has applied to magistrates to revoke the work order due to medical reasons.
On a December 2021 visit to the London home Magar stole her dad’s shoe thinking it was hers.
Brit Emma felt creeped out by the ordeal saying: “I feel like my freedom’s been taken away.
“I don’t feel safe in my home.”
