But on Tuesday she swapped the football pitch for the octagon as she tried her hand at mixed martial arts.
Emma posted a video of her grappling on the floor of the ring as she was taught some basic moves.
She began by pretending to punch her teacher, before he showed her how to get someone into a submission position.
The broadcaster then switched roles and attempted it herself.
And when the man nodded to confirm she had done it right, Emma turned to the camera and said: “I did it. Did I look hard then?”
Alongside the video, she also shared a short message for her 343,000 followers on X.
It read: “I’m not sure I’ll ever be an MMA fighter after this training session .
“Get 20% off your @OktagonOfficial tickets for this Saturday in Birmingham.
“See you there (I won’t be fighting ).”
Reacting to the clip, one fan said: “You REALLY Woke up this morning and thought, Imma break The INTERNET TODAY.. Facts…”
Another added: “Tickets sold out if she performs well.”
While a third replied: “I love it when you say…. ‘Am I hurting you’ he’s a bloody fighter who probably had worse .”
