In a brief clip he shared his top tips and hacks which cost hardly anything.

Firstly, he recommends, using a mixture of beer and baking soda because, he says, this doesn’t leave any oil stains on your car.

B&M is currently selling baking soda, or bicarbonate of soda, for just £1.39 while the store’s cheapest beers, either Efes or Budvar sell for £1.70 for a 500ml bottle.

The TikToker can then be seen cleaning what looks like part of the engine with the solution.

In another tip he advises to add water to fabric softener to keep the dashboard free of dust.

Another tip which costs hardly anything is to clean the car’s paintwork with a bit of toothpaste on a wet cloth to make it shine.

A mixture of detergent and white vinegar was good for getting the chrome parts sparkling, he said.

Elsewhere, a car cleaning expert has revealed the things you shouldn’t do when washing your motor.

Another car cleaning pro has revealed how to give your car a pro wash at home for next to nothing.

It comes as another car expert has revealed a £2 hack to keep your car interior pristine.
