The video was uploaded to TikTok by @yazclarke and has gone viral on social media.

The video shows a Nissan Note with a hilarious message on the rear windscreen that says: “Sorry!! Nine points on licence.”
The driver and the passenger behind the car with the hilarious note couldn’t stop laughing.

However, the driver could be in trouble according to the Highway Code.
The Highway Code says: “windscreens and windows must be kept clean and free from obstructions to vision.”
Once you have nine penalty points on your licence, you can’t afford any more.
If you get 12 points within three years you can be banned from driving for six months.
If you get a second disqualification within three years it’s a 12-month ban or a two-year ban if you manage a third.
The TikTok video has had 3.2million views on TikTok and 151,700 likes.
