DIEGO SIMEONE’S son Giuliano Simeone suffered a sickening leg injury following a nasty tackle – with an ambulance coming on the pitch to take the starlet to hospital.
The Atletico Madrid striker, 20 is on loan at Alaves and was hurt in a friendly against fellow Spaish side Burgos.
His dad Diego has bossed Atletico since 2011.
