Dana White’s bio-hacker spills beans on UFC boss’ crazy body transformation after scary ten-year life expectancy verdict

THE MAN behind Dana White’s dramatic body transformation has opened up on extending the UFC chief executive’s life span.

The veteran promoter boasted a huge muscular frame – the result of a lot of heavy lifting in his gym and the one located at his office – just a few years ago.

Although White looked the picture of health on the outside, the 54-year-old was dealing with a multitude of issues.

Eager to alleviate them, White turned to human biologist and bio-hacker Gary Brecka, who, after conducting a series of tests gave the MMA icon TEN YEARS left to live.

And that diagnosis prompted wholesale lifestyle changes from the UFC‘s newly-minted CEO, who has dropped a considerable amount of weight over the last six months.

During an appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Brecka said: “I think giving him a life expectancy just kind of validated it for him.

“It just really put it in his face. That’s something you can calculate.

“He’s like, ‘Okay, I’m 53 now. 63 doesn’t seem that far off.’”

High blood pressure was one of the main issues bothering White, who claimed he struggled to tie his shoelaces.

Recalling the protocol he put White on, Brecka said: “Beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, diuretics, all of these things.

“[Dana White’s] blood pressure was still through the roof.”

“I think it was 160 over 110. I want to say it was very high, and it was consistently high.

“Our clinical team was taking his blood pressure two or three times a day, seven days a week, and it was consistently very elevated, even though he was on blood pressure medication.”

Brecka claims his extensive deep dive into White’s body found out he was wrongly diagnosed with hypertension.

He continued: “In Dana White’s case, he was diagnosed with idiopathic hypertension, which he essentially did not have.

“He was being medicated for it, he had been medicated for it for fifteen years.

“He didn’t really have hypertension, there was nothing really wrong with him.

“It’s that his body couldn’t break down homocysteine. It was deficient in the amino acids needed to break this homocysteine down.”

A key component in White’s transformation has been the introduction of Trimethylglycine, which made up for a genetic “deficiency”.

He said: “I should have brought the numbers because I had the week-over-week numbers, it was astounding.

“We just put him on a simple amino acid called Trimethylglycine, an amino acid you can get off the shelf.

“What it did was make up for this genetic deficiency.

“This lack of code to break down homocysteine. His body started to methylate to break homocysteine down.”

White reflected on his incredible health and fitness journey in September who side-by-side photos of himself out and in shape.

His accompanying caption read: “Left is March 17th 2017. Right is September 18th 2023.

“F****N’ NUTS!!!”
