The first one took place after just 34 minutes following a horror challenge by Mitchell on Tete.
The incident took place just three minutes after Decordova-Reid’s opener.
The left-back caught the Fulham ace with a late challenge that saw his studs hitting his opponent’s leg.
Tete was in immense pain after the clash and the England international was shown a straight red.
The 23-year-old was clearly devastated as he walked off the pitch with his shirt placed over his head.
Things got even worse for Palace manager Patrick Vieira on 57 minutes as James Tomkins was also given his marching orders.
