Mauricio Pochettino’s senior men are currently on their pre-season tour of America, kicking off their campaign with a 5-0 win against Wrexham.
The Blues followed it up with a thrilling 4-3 victory over Brighton.
And the next game sees them face Newcastle in the early hours of Thursday morning.
But Chelsea’s Under-23s made sure to keep their fitness levels up with a low-profile game at National League club Aldershot Town.
The likes of left-back Dylan Williams, striker Ronnie Stutter and goalie Teddy Curd all lined up in a youthful Blues XI.
However, the match ended in defeat as Aldershot Town recorded a famous 3-1 win against their glamorous opponents.
And the minnows couldn’t resist a gleeful dig at Chelsea in a post-match tweet.
Aldershot, who finished 18th last season, trolled: “A comfortable victory against mid-table Premier League opposition (handshake emoji).”
