The Spanish city is located right on the Mediterranean coast and is quite close to Valencia, too – so you might even head down for a day trip and some traditional paella.
Fourth place on the list goes to Paralia, Greece, where rates are, on average, £137 per person.
From here, you could even travel to the nearby seaside town to seaside town to see Mount Olympus.
While the little-known Bussolengo in Italy rounds out the top five with average weekend stays of £145 per person.
