WITH Christmas just weeks away, mum-of-22 Sue Radford has revealed that she is off to New York with three of her children, for a festive trip.
Sue Radford, mum to Britain’s biggest family, explained that she was surprised by her husband Noel with a trip to the United States, just before Christmas.

Sue and her husband Noel are parents to Chris, 32, Sophie, 27, Chloe, 26, Jack, 24, Daniel, 22, Luke, 21, Millie, 20, Katie, 19, James, 18, Ellie, 16, Aimee, 15, Josh, 14, Max, 12, Tillie, 11, Oscar, 10, Casper, nine, Hallie, six, Phoebe, five, Archie, four, Bonnie, three, and Heidie, one.
Sadly the couple’s 17th child Alfie was still born on July 6, 2014.
The family famously doesn’t rely on benefits and is supported by their pie shop business.
The Radfords, who live in a 10-bed former care home, often show off their millionaire lifestyle on Instagram.
But it seems that Sue’s lavish holiday to New York didn’t go as smoothly as she had first hoped.
Sue has jetted off to America with three of her daughters, but the Morecambe family’s trip didn’t go quite as planned when they missed their connecting flight and almost missed the second flight after becoming too engrossed in last night’s England football match.
Posting on The Radford Family’s Instagram, Sue kept her fans updated about their trip.
Just yesterday (December 4), Sue, and her three girls headed to Manchester Airport to catch a connecting flight at Heathrow before going on to New York.
However, it seems things didn’t quite go to plan when the delays at Manchester meant they missed their connecting flight.
But the family didn’t let that dampen the fun and relaxed in the departure lounge watching England play Senegal in a World Cup match.
However, it appears that they got a little too drawn in by the fun of the game and almost missed their flight, again.
Posting a picture to Instagram, the caption read: “That was a bit of a rush, didn’t realise we had to go to the gate, was too into football.”
After safely boarding the flight in time for departure, Sue posted a picture with her daughters thanking her husband Noel for the surprise trip.
She posted: “New York, here we come.
“Thank you so much for surprising us with this, you are one in a million”.
The New York trips comes just after Sue made a fabulous Elf on the Shelf breakfast for her bumper brood.
Not only this, but we recently saw Sue take to Instagram as she started her Christmas shopping and shared her boot full of goodies.
