Brad Pitt‘s adoptive son, Pax Jolie-Pitt, once labelled his famous father “despicable” and a “world class a–hole” in an explosive social media post.
The Father’s Day rant, with text placed around a photo of the actor’s 2020 Oscar win for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, was posted the same year but has only come to light now.
Pax was 16 when the Instagram Story was shared on his private, personal account, according to the Daily Mail, which published a screenshot of the story from three years ago on Tuesday.

“You have made the lives of those closest to me a constant hell,” Pax reportedly wrote.
“You time and time and again prove yourself to be a terrible and despicable person.”
He said Pitt, who split from Angelina Jolie in 2016 after a famous altercation on a plane, had “no consideration or empathy toward your four youngest children who tremble in fear when in your presence”.

While Pax, now 19, was the third child to be adopted by Jolie – after brother Maddox, now 22, and sister Zahara, now 18 – he is the second oldest of the bunch by one year.
The trio are followed in age by the couple’s biological children Shiloh, 17, and twins Vivenne and Knox, 15.
“You will never understand the damage you have done to my family because you’re incapable of doing so,” Pax continued.
“You may tell yourself and the world whatever you want but the truth will come to light someday.”
Adding sarcastically: ”So Happy Father’s Day, you f—ing awful human being.”
Neither Pitt nor Jolie has responded to the publishing of Pax’s alleged post.
Daily Mail says it had verified the private Instagram account belonged to Pax but did not say why it had only now been shared publicly.
Jolie, now 48, and Pitt, now 59, first got together after starring in the 2005 blockbuster Mr & Mrs Smith, with Pitt’s then-wife Jennifer Aniston filing for divorce in January 2005, soon after production wrapped on the film.
Jolie adopted Pax from an orphanage in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 2007 – a year after she gave birth to Shiloh in 2006 – when he was three years old.
Pax was reportedly dumped at a hospital by his heroin-addicted biological mother two days after his birth, when he was diagnosed with a liver problem.

Pitt formally adopted him the following year, having already formally adopted Maddox in 2005 and later Zahara.
News of Pax’s 2020 message comes just days after reports Zahara introduced herself at Spelman College without using the Pitt surname.
The teenager reportedly used the name “Zahara Marley Jolie” when she introduced herself at the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority induction ceremony, attended by her mum and older brothers.
Jolie and Pitt’s fairytale romance turned into a bitter split with many rounds through the courts over the years.
First was the battle over custody of their six children, followed by disputes around their Chateau Miraval vineyard in France, where the pair wed in 2014.
After the mid-air incident, the FBI investigated Pitt for the alleged child abuse but decided not to pursue criminal charges.
Jolie alleged in court filings the kids were “traumatised” by the experience while Pitt was intoxicated and claimed the Fight Club actor “choked one of the children and struck another in the face” and “grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her”.
Sources close to Pitt have denied the allegations.
Pitt has not been photographed with any of his six kids since 2016.
