ALMOST 35 years after they first locked horns, Sir Alex Ferguson and Harry Redknapp will renew their rivalry on Saturday.
But this time it will be horses and not footballers doing the fighting for the two legendary managers.

Sir Alex, 81, and Redknapp, 76, have both declared horses for a £100,000 race sponsored by Sun Racing’s brilliant Favourite pullout at Cheltenham.
Last year’s Betfair Chase winner Protektorat will look to smash the half a million quid mark in career earnings with victory in the 3m2f contest.
The Dan Skelton-trained eight-year-old – who Sir Alex owns with three others – will be ridden by top jockey Harry Skelton, Dan’s brother.
Redknapp will rely on nine-year-old serial winner Back On The Lash.
Trained by Martin Keighley, champion jockey-elect Sean Bowen will get the leg up on the nine-year-old with two previous Cheltenham wins.
Protektorat can be backed at around 11-1 while Back On The Lash is one of the outsiders at 33-1.
The 2.25pm race is being sponsored by Sun Racing and is the second most lucrative race on the day.
Only the feature Virgin Bet December Gold Cup is worth more at £130,000.
Five-year-old Broadway Boy is the 6-1 favourite to win the Favourite From The Sun Now Daily Handicap Chase for the Nigel and Sam Twiston-Davies father-son duo.

Sir Alex looks to hold the upper hand over Redknapp in the battle of the icons.
