Carragher and Ljungberg both starred on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football show as Fulham took on Wolves.

The Londoners scored a dramatic 94th minute penalty to secure a 3-2 win.

But before kick-off, Carragher used the time to discuss Ljungberg’s efforts with Arsenal.

The Swedish winger scored 72 goals in 325 games under Arsene Wenger.

And he went on to win two Premier League titles and three FA Cups.

Ljungberg, also Player of the Season in 2002, was part of the 2004 title-winning Invincibles side as well.

And Carragher couldn’t resist bending his ear over several aspects of the legendary side.

However, Sky Sports released a short muted clip of Carragher and Ljungberg’s conversation, showing the pair demonstrating how to mark a player.

As Ljungberg performed a shuffling run, Carragher hilariously grounded himself like he was performing martial arts.

The Liverpool legend had an extremely serious look on his face.

And the clip quickly did the rounds on social media.

But fans were left extremely baffled by Carragher and Ljungberg’s actions.

One said: “What are they doing?”

Another declared: “Stop, guys.”

One noted: “Carragher’s out-of-context moments always bring a laugh.”

Another added: “Carragher standing like he’s waiting to hear Round 1 fight!”
