One shopper managed to blag the famous Novaro egg chair for a huge £189 less than its original price.

It had been priced at £249 but the lucky shopper managed to get it for just £60.

Posting in Facebook’s Extreme Couponing & Bargains group, she said: “Bargain of the year!!

“Saw fire pits for £14 too, not sure the prices of anything else was too busy claiming this.”

And shoppers took to the comments to share their excitement.

One wrote: “No way.”

While another said: “Ahh that’s good value!”

The egg chair is always an anticipated item ahead of summer, with many shoppers rushing to get their hands on one that’s going for a decent price.

At the time of writing, we couldn’t see the chair going for £60 on the Asda website.

It was still on sale, but for £149, nearly £90 more.

If you want to have a look in store, then you can find your nearest Asda using the store locator on its website.

And it’s always worth shopping around for the best deal as you may be able to find it cheaper elsewhere.

Earlier this year, Asda slashed the price of the same egg char from £249 to £174, that’s a £75 saving.

Just last week, Argos shoppers were rushing to buy a popular hanging egg chair that has £99 slashed off of the original price.

While the Habitat Dove Rattan Hanging Egg Chair is now priced at £200, reduced from £299.

This £99 saving includes free delivery as well as a one-year manufacturer’s guarantee.

Last month, Studio was also selling an egg chair for a lot less than its original price.

One savvy shopper spotted the bargain find reduced from £320 to just £96.
