Medical staff attended to his right leg, with the forward pointing towards his right foot and ankle before being withdrawn.
He was replaced by Reiss Nelson in the 79th minute at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
Despite appearing to limp off the pitch, the 22-year-old remained on the bench to watch the rest of the match, instead of heading down the tunnel.
Saka had opened the scoring earlier in the match, putting the Gunners in front just 14 minutes in.
However, Arsenal fans now face a nervous wait to discover the extent of his potential injury setback.
He was previously ruled out for two weeks back in October after picking up a thigh injury.
The issue kept him out of action for both Arsenal and England, with Saka missing seven matches in total.
Saka has once again been a key man for Mikel Arteta’s side this season, scoring 11 goals and providing 13 assists.

His latest goal put the Gunners in front in their crucial title clash with Liverpool in North London.
Despite a Gabriel own goal pulling the visitors level on the stroke of half-time, Gabriel Martinelli restored Arsenal’s lead after the break.
The Reds’ task was then made harder two minutes from time as Ibrahima Konate was sent off after being shown a second yellow card.
Leandro Trossard then clinched victory for the home side by adding a third goal in stoppage time.
The result sees the Gunners reduced Liverpool’s lead at the top of the table to just two points.
Arsenal are also back up to second ahead of Manchester City’s trip to Brentford on Monday.
