Saka, 22, was voted as last term’s stand-out member of Gareth Southgate’s Three Lions squad by supporters on his birthday.
He pipped midfielder Jude Bellingham and captain Harry Kane to the top prize.
Saka netted seven goals in 10 games during the 2022/23 campaign, with three of those strikes coming at the World Cup.
And it marks the second straight year he’s been handed England football’s top solo prize.
It’s certainly been a whirlwind week for Saka, who was also crowned PFA Young Player of the Season while making the Premier League Team of the Year.
But fans couldn’t help themselves from commenting on the fact that his England award was delivered by none other than a Tottenham player.
Former Leicester star Maddison has set his new club alight with two goals and two assists in his first four games.
The playmaker looked proud as punch as he shook hands with Saka before handing the Arsenal ace his trophy.
