And talkSPORT claims Ramsey is in negotiations with Cardiff as he targets the Championship next term.
The midfielder, 31, began his academy career with Wales’ capital club in 1999.
Ramsey made his senior Cardiff debut in 2007 aged just 16, becoming their youngest-ever debutant.
He played 21 times the following season before securing a £4.8million move to Arsenal.
After loans at Nottingham Forest and Cardiff, Ramsey went on to score 64 goals in 369 games for Arsenal – winning three FA Cups in the process.
He then secured a free transfer to Juventus in 2019 and scored six goals in 70 games for the Italians.
Ramsey later spent the second half of the 2021/22 season on loan at Rangers, scoring twice in 13 appearances.
And last term saw the playmaker score once in 34 games for French outfit OGC Nice.

A move to Cardiff would be a huge boost for the Welsh club, who only narrowly avoided relegation last term.
They finished 21st in the Championship, just five points above the drop zone.
And only Reading’s six-point deduction for breaching EFL regulations saved Cardiff from going down.
