ARSENAL have reportedly seen a £60million bid for Brighton star Moises Caicedo rejected.
The Ecuadorian is one of the hottest prospects in the Premier League at the moment, following his impressive performances for the Seagulls and at the World Cup in Qatar.

The Gunners have been said to have bid £60million for the midfielder £5m more than Chelsea’s offer, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The journalist tweeted: “Arsenal have submitted £60m bid to sign Moises Caicedo as a new midfielder.
“Chelsea had £55m verbal proposal rejected this January as Brighton hope to keep the player — but Arsenal are now pushing.
“Negotiations enter into key stages for Caicedo’s future.”
However, according to the Athletic reporter David Ornstein, the bid has been rejected with Brighton “insisting” he is not for sale.
Arsenal will be hoping that Caicedo can offer quality competition to midfield duo Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka.
It is one area of Mikel Arteta’s squad where they lack depth, with only Albert Sambi Lokonga as another option.
Liverpool have also been linked with the 21-year-old.

Brighton are in no rush to sell their star midfielder, having received big fees for Marc Cucurella, Yves Bissouma and Leandro Trossard since last summer.
Caicedo has recently admitted that he is only focused on Brighton at the moment.
The Seagulls have excelled this season as they currently sit 6th in the Premier League table, with two games in hand on Tottenham in 5th.
However, a move to North London could tempt the midfielder with the potential of picking up a Premier League winners medal at the end of the season.
Arsenal are the favourites to win the league as they are currently five points ahead of second-placed Manchester City, with a game in hand.
