ARSENAL could be set to receive a huge discount on Declan Rice with West Ham keen on Folarin Balogun, according to reports.
The Gunners are closing in on a deal for the Hammers captain after having a £105million bid accepted.

West Ham refused to budge on their valuation of him and demanded all of the money paid over 18 months rather than the five years Arsenal wanted.
A compromise has supposedly been reached but David Moyes could send some of the Rice cash back to North London.

The 22-year-old impressed while on loan at French outfit Reims, netting 22 goals in 39 games.
Balogun is supposedly keen to leave Arsenal permantely in the search for more assured minutes.
And West Ham could swoop for the American international.
Arsenal want between £30million and £50million for the striker.
It means the club could get a huge 50 per cent discount on Rice if the Irons pay the top amount.
