After the ceremony, many stars got changed and headed to the after-party.

She partied alongside Big Bro star AJ, who wore a glamorous grey cut-out gown.
The duo smiled as they showed off their best moves.
Scott has attended plenty of glamorous bashes of late.
She recently turned heads with her see-through outfit at a GQ ceremony.
While she also presented Children in Need.
On Saturday she wrapped up warm to present the BBC’s coverage of Alfreton vs Walsall in the FA Cup.
Disaster struck, however, when the game was called off just six minutes before kick-off.
