Watch Man Utd’s Hojlund gatecrash brother’s interview and slap microphone as fans praise ‘bromance better than Nevilles’

RASMUS HOJLUND and his brother Oscar failed to get on the pitch at the same time on Tuesday night.

The Danish Duo were just five minutes from gracing the Old Trafford pitch at the same time when Man Utd and Copenhagen faced off in the Champions League earlier this week.

But Rasmus was subbed off in the 86th minute before Oscar got a run out for Copenhagen in the 91st minute.

However it didn’t stop them from having a catch up post-match when Rasmus barged into his little brother’s interview and joined him in answering questions.

The £72m man was walking behind Oscar when he teased him by knocking the microphone he was speaking into away from his mouth.

He then came around the barrier and put his arm around his brother embracing him after what was a special night for the pair.

Fans were quick to react to the touching moment on social media.

One wrote: “This is just beautiful to watch.”

While another added: “Such a funny and unexpected moment! Sibling moments are always the best.”

A third joked that their relationship topped that of brothers Gary and Phil Neville, writing: “This bromance > Nevilles.”

Despite not being able to play against his brother, Ramsus explained how special it was to even feature in the same game.

He said: “It’s incredible. It’s a great feeling that I’ve been on the same pitch as my brother,

“Not only a normal stadium in Denmark, but it’s maybe one of the most special stadiums in the world [Old Trafford] so it’s an incredible feeling.”

It may not have been such a magical night for Oscar who was on the losing side at Man Utd wound up 1-0 victors in the European affair.

Copenhagen now sit bottom of Group A, while Erik ten Hag’s side picked up their first Champions League points of the season following defeats to Bayern Munich and Galatasaray.

The Hojlund name could be one that football fans begin to hear more regularly around Europe.

Oscar’s twin brother Emil is also a professional player at Copenhagen and the pair have been breaking into the first team together.
