Fans say Melissa Reddy is ‘different gravy’ as Sky Sports host dresses in South Africa gear ahead of England showdown

SKY SPORTS NEWS presenter Melissa Reddy donned South Africa gear to watch her country beat France in the Rugby World Cup.

South African journalist Reddy, 37, was at the Stade de France in Paris on Sunday evening as hosts France took on the holders in the quarter-finals.

And it was South Africa that came out on top in one of the all-time great matches, clinching a 29-28 victory.

Now the Springboks will take on England for a place in the final when they meet in Paris on Saturday.

Ahead of the mouth-watering clash – a repeat of the 2019 final – Reddy has shared several photos from her side’s win over France, including snaps alongside fellow presenter Julia Stuart.

And she added the caption: “Got my Springboks in Paris and they going gorillas .”

In response, one fan said: “DELIGHTED for you!!!!! ”

Another replied: “You two are different gravy .”

And a third added: “Looking very beautiful Melissa .”

South Africa are seeking a record-breaking fourth World Cup.

They are also looking to become just the second team to defend the Webb Ellis Cup after New Zealand in 2015.

If they do overcome England in the semi-finals, they will face either Argentina or New Zealand in the final on October 29.

Reddy joined Sky Sports last year.

She arrived on the platform having made her name as a journalist at The Independent.
