Neill revealed on Australian Story he is being treated with a rare drug after chemotherapy stopped working, and has been in remission for the last 12 months.
However, the actor has reportedly been told by medical professionals the drug will not be effective forever, and at some point will stop working.
Neill says he’s “not really interested” in fixating on his health diagnosis.
“It’s out of my control. If you can’t control it, don’t get into it.”

“Just pleased to be alive.”
