She has been a key figure in Mbappe’s career, representing her son during his time at Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain.

However, the French forward may now be forced to replace her with a new agent, according to Marca.

Under a new Fifa rule, Lamari does not have the required licence to be a registered agent.

As a result she has not been listed on the Fifa Agent Platform and cannot represent any footballer.

This applies to negotiating player contracts and collecting payment for her involvement in deals.

Lamari will not be able to obtain the relevant licence until May 2024 and will have to pass an exam first.

She also risks being reported to Fifa if she continues to serve as Mbappe’s representative, which could land both of them a hefty fine.

At present, the rule is set to prevent Lamari from being involved in any potential transfer involving Mbappe or the renewal of his PSG deal.

The superstar striker was strongly linked with a move away from the French champions in the summer after confirming he would not extend his contract beyond next year.

Real Madrid have been long-term admirers of the 24-year-old and are understood to be his preferred destination.

However, there are exceptions in place to allow clubs to work around the new rule.

The report adds that a court ruling means German clubs do not have to adhere to the regulations.

Meanwhile, the rule is also blocked in England until a final ruling is given on November 1.
