And he has vowed to end England’s Euros hoodoo at Wembley which saw them lose the 1996 semi-final to Germany and the delayed 2020 final to Italy.

“It didn’t end the way we wanted but there will be a bit between our teeth.

Kane met Prime Minister Rishi Sunak at the FA’s St George’s Park HQ as the five-nation bid was confirmed, with the semi-finals and the final at Wembley.
The Bayern Munich forward added: “Having full stadiums and all our fans there, the country excited about it will definitely help.
“You saw that with the Lionesses at Euro 2022. I was there for the final and saw how much it meant to the fans.
