THIS is the bizarre moment an idiot set himself on FIRE at the Laver Cup.
The shocking incident occurred at a packed O2 Arena on Friday.

It’s believed the yob was a climate change protester.

Stunned onlookers watched on as he stormed the court before sitting down by the net.

The man’s arm was then quickly covered by a powerful blaze of fire.
And he seemed to be in major pain as he squirmed to brush the flames from his skin.
Luckily for the man, he managed to stop the fire from spreading along his body.
He then sat completely still as security charged towards the scene before apprehending him.
And after extinguishing the flames that remained, security hauled the yob off the court as the audience booed loudly.

Laver Cup organisers said: “A man accessed the court this afternoon and was promptly removed by security.
“Play was stopped briefly, he has been arrested and the situation is being handled by the police.”
A police statement added: “At around 16.25 hours on Friday, a man entered a tennis court at the O2 Arena and set fire to his armm.
“Security staff extinguished the fire. The man was arrested on suspicion of aggravated trespass.
“He’s been taken to hospital as a precaution. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.”
Tsitsipas, 24, said: “It came out of nowhere. I have no idea what it’s all about.
“I never had an incident like this happen on court, so I hope he’s all right.
“I wanted to proceed with that match without having any minor changes to the court, and I wanted to make sure it’s playable, especially that area.
“It also got in my way in my viewing kind of experience of the court, the way I saw the court later.
“There was a big mark over there, and I wanted it to be cleaned up in order for me to proceed the way I did before.”
It’s not the first time a sporting event has been targeted by protestors this year.
One person tied his neck to a goalpost with a cable tie during Everton’s clash with Newcastle in March.
Meanwhile, someone tied themselves to the net during the French Open semi-final between Casper Ruud and Marin Cilic.
Today was the opening day of the Laver Cup, which runs at London’s O2 Arena until Sunday.
The tournament sees Team Europe take on The World in a major tennis bonanza.
It will be Roger Federer’s last ATP event since announcing his impending retirement from the game.
Federer will team up with career rival Rafael Nadal to take on Americans Francis Tiafoe and Jack Sock in a men’s doubles clash tonight.
