Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis have finally settled their custody battle, according to Dailymail.com.
The publication reports court documents show the exes, whose split was reported in November 2020, will share joint custody of son Otis, nine, and daughter Daisy, six, on a ‘week-on, week-off basis’.
Ted Lasso star Sudeikis, 48, will pay Don’t Worry Darling star Wilde, 39, a whopping $US27,500 (approx $43,000) a month in child support.

Sudeikis will reportedly also have to pay 25 per cent of his exes’ childcare expenses as he is said to have earned $US10.5 million ($16 million) in 2023, much more than Olivia’s reported $500,000 ($778,000).
9Honey has contacted the pair for comment, in relation to this story.
Earlier this year, it was reported Wilde was accusing her ex-fiancé Sudeikis of attempting to ‘litigate her into debt’ with their ongoing custody battle.

“While Jason can afford to spin his wheels with filing after filing, Olivia cannot,” Wilde’s attorneys reportedly wrote ahead of a Los Angeles hearing.
“Jason seems intent on throwing whatever he can against the wall to see what will stick, and this Request for Order seeking a stay of the California Parentage action is just the latest example,” her attorneys continued.
According to TMZ, the hearing ended up going in favour of Wilde, with a judge ruling that the Ted Lasso star and Don’t Worry Darling director’s custody battle over their eight-year-old son Otis and six-year-old daughter Daisy should remain in California instead of New York State.
Per the court documents, Wilde reportedly further accused her former partner of acting “in bad faith” and being “underhanded” when it comes to their children’s futures, claiming in the documents that Sudeikis had been using “intimidation and trickery” to win the custody battle.
Wilde fought for the two children to remain in Los Angeles, whereas Sudeikis wanted them to relocate to Brooklyn, with Wilde claiming there was no reason for Otis and Daisy to live on the United States’ East Coast as Daisy did not attend school there and Otis only attended one semester of kindergarten in New York City.
Wilde claimed in the court filing by her attorneys that she had believed she and Sudeikis were moving towards an amicable solution with a family therapist, however, that was before he allegedly blindsided her by proceeding with the New York Child Support legal action when she was allegedly negotiating a parenting schedule with him in California.
“Jason should not be permitted to litigate Olivia into debt, and then claim she should be deprived of her right to seek a needs-based fee contribution from him,” Wilde’s attorneys reportedly wrote in the court filing.
Wilde’s attorneys also noted that the 39-year-old is “aware” that Sudeikis is “far wealthier than she is.”
Wilde and Sudeikis have been at legal war since he served her with custody papers in the middle of her CinemaCon presentation in April 2022, while she was speaking about her cursed film Don’t Worry Darling on-stage.
In January 2023, however, the former couple were photographed embracing each other.
Wilde and Sudeikis got together in November 2011, and got engaged in January 2013. Their separation has been pinpointed to November 2020.
