Tunisia raced into a 2-0 lead inside ten minutes and rounded off the win in injury time after Egypt had pulled one back.
After Hamza Rafia’s late strike some Tunisia players, including United youngster Mejbri, celebrated in Salah’s trademark fashion.
They put their hands together and balanced on one foot with the other foot resting against their leg – a style Salah has made famous over the years.
United fans loved the taunt and called for Mejbri to be given more first-team minutes.
One said: “Give this kid all the minutes.”
Another added: “Dunked on him ”
A third wrote: “Savage ”
And another commented: “Hannibal making us proud ”

Some United fears poking fun at Salah could motivate him to seek revenge when Liverpool take on the Red Devils in December.
Salah, 31, scored twice the last time the two teams met in Liverpool’s 7-0 win at Anfield.
