ARSENAL fans were left gasping “what am I seeing?” during the international break.
That’s after “tank” defender Takehiro Tomiyasu absolutely bodied a former Premier League champion during a friendly.

Gunners star Tomisayu, 24, lined up for his native Japan in Saturday’s clash against Germany.
Despite being underdogs, Japan recorded a historic 4-1 win away from home.
And after the dust settled, Germany boss Hansi Flick was given his marching orders ahead of next summer’s Euros.
However, Arsenal fans were left even more impressed after seeing Tomiyasu put in a top performance.
The defender played all 90 minutes alongside Premier League stars like Liverpool’s Waturo Endo and Brighton’s Kaoru Mitoma.
And Tomiyasu showed no signs of fatigue when he engaged in a foot race with ex-Man City winger Leroy Sane
The now-Bayern Munich star jumped one tackle as he chased the ball into Japan’s penalty area.
But Tomiyasu had other plans for the attacker, steamrolling in from the side before using his body weight to send Sane flying.

Tomiyasu then took control of the ball, preventing it from crossing over the line.
And as he turned, the ace was able to help Japan build their own attack.
Arsenal fans certainly loved what they saw, with one saying: “Tomiyasu what am I seeing?”
Another declared: “Man is made of steel bro.”
One noted: “We need to use him as a CB.”
Another added: “Defending wise he is the best we have, injuries have not been nice to him.”
