AN expert mechanic has urged drivers to get their hands on three cars now before they double in price.
Scotty Kilmer took to YouTube to encourage those looking for a new motor to pick up one of the trio of Toyotas, which he said are set to see prices soar in the coming months.

Scotty ran through small, medium and large options which can meet all your motoring needs on a budget, without sacrificing quality performance.
The first two are also hybrids, with Scotty previously revealing why such models are enjoying a boom as electric car sales take a dip.
First of all, he recommended the Toyota Camry as a “very dependable” mid-size sedan.
The Camry offers drivers a reliable daily driver, with the one Scotty discussed comfortably having over 350,000 miles on the clock.
It has four driving modes, including a fully electric mode for steady cruising at low speed and a sport mode for more responsive handling and extra power.
However, the hybrid version has now been discontinued, so prices are set to increase as supply falls off while demand for quality, affordable hybrids spikes.
2023 models currently retail for around £30,000, but used versions from the last few years can go as low as a third of that.
Next up, the Toyota Venza offers much of the same as the Camry but in a bigger, SUV body.
In fact, Scotty described it as “basically a Camry SUV”, with the same reliability and “great” fuel economy.
The Venza includes many of the same features as the Camry and is no slouch in terms of performance either.
Unfortunately, while it is available for about the same price as its smaller cousin, it was only available in the US, Canada, Russia and China before its 2017 discontinuation.
This means that if you can get your hands on one already imported, it will be in left-hand drive.
Finally, Scotty plugged the hefty Toyota Sequoia 4×4, saying: “You know why people buy these vehicles? Because they’re humongous.
“They’re four-wheel drives with a V8 engine that can run forever.”
The owner of the car Scotty showed paid just $14,000 when he bought it, with a new one now clocking in at $90,000 (around £71,000).
However, like the Venza, the Sequoia could only be bought in the US, Costa Rica and Canada, so getting hold of one could be tricky.
Nonetheless, Scotty described all three as “ten times better than an electric car”.
It comes after another mechanic explained how to fix a flat tyre in minutes and save hundreds on repair bills.
Meanwhile, EV drivers were issued an urgent warning over a hidden issue that could see them slapped with a fine or even jail time.
