A TOURIST was left stunned after requesting a Full English breakfast abroad – and receiving some very strange additions to it.
While in Berlin, he ordered the famous British breakfast.

However, he said not only did it have spicy sausages – but it came with pineapple.
He wrote on Reddit: “German Café’s Full English (with pineapple?)
“In Berlin they served me a Full English with spicy sausages, a fruit bowl with every fruit bar tomatoes and looked at me in shock when I asked for condiments.
“Weirdest experience I’ve had for a while. Fry-ups aren’t very common here.”
He added that the toast was “barely cooked,” as was the bacon.
People were conflicted about the strange breakfast, with some people liking the addition of fruit with the fry up.
One person said: “I kind of like the idea of a fruit salad as a kind of dessert after eating a fry up. Having it on the same plate is weird though.”
Someone else added: “I’d eat that. Not a Full English but still looks good to me.”
A third said: “This is preferable to a Full English to this Brit – some fruit to balance all that grease. A full English is just too much these days.”
People from Germany also chimed in, with one explaining: “It’s not unusual to have a German breakfast plate that will have salami, sliced cheese, sliced kiwi, pineapple, tomato etc. all together as if they’re one big happy family.”
However, not everyone agreed, and some were horrified.
