A TESLA owner has been left furious as she claimed her car’s features “don’t even work”, despite it costing the same as a down payment on a mortgage.
Influencer Erin Robinson took to TikTok to complain that “everyone lied” about the quality of the EV.

She said: “When everyone lied about how awesome Teslas were and then you dropped a mortgage down payment on one and it’s made of cheap materials and half the ‘tech‘ features don’t even work most of the time.
“And now they’ve put your one-year-old car on clearance.”
She even created a series of videos on what she hates about her car, including issues with the Tesla app, tyres and build quality.
In one, she compared it to an Audi Q3, saying: “The quality of materials inside of a Tesla are not worth the price tag.
“Tesla fan girlies do what you will with that, I know it’s really going to ruffle your feathers.
“But that’s one of the reasons why I don’t know if you should buy a Tesla.”
Social media commenters were quick to back her up.
One wrote: “My 2018 Honda Civic is about the same quality of today’s Teslas.
“Tesla is 95% hype.”
Another added: “Most Tesla owners have zero idea about what is actually a nice vehicle. They’re buying the name and trend.”
