DECLAN RICE appeared to forget he was an Arsenal player during his post-match interview last night.
The Gunners midfielder put in a Man of the Match performance during Arsenal’s hard fought 1-0 win against Crystal Palace.

He played a huge part in Arsenal’s backs-to-the-wall 1-0 win over Crystal Palace last nightRex
But it wasn’t his performance that fans were concerned about after the full time whistle.
During Rice’s post-match interview on Sky Sports, fans joked that he still thought he was a West Ham player.
Speaking on Monday Night Football, he said: “I think even here, West Ham, the lads are always on at me to shoot more.”
Many fans assumed this meant he was referring to The Hammers as his current club and were quick to poke fun at the situation on social media.
One fan wrote: “Declan Rice still thinks he plays for West Ham.”
Whilst another added: “You can take the lad out of West Ham…”
But it may not have been as it seemed with many Arsenal fans jumping to their new signing’s defence.
The Emirates faithful were sure they could hear Rice saying the word “and” before West Ham.

Rice signed for Arsenal this summer in a mega £105million deal from the Irons.
And he has already become a crucial part of Mikel Arteta’s side, featuring in all of their fixtures so far this season.
The North London club host Fulham on Saturday when Rice will be expected to start once again.
