FOOTBALL fans have praised Wolves after they mocked up a hilarious video of Andre Onana’s clumsy “cannonball” challenge on Monday night.
The Manchester United keeper, 27, looked to have given a penalty away late on in the Red Devils’ 1-0 win over Wanderers at Old Trafford when he clattered into striker Sasa Kalajdzic.

But referee Simon Hooper and the VAR team did not deem the collision to be worthy of a spot kick.
Man Utd held on for the slender victory, with Wolves boss Gary O’Neil enraged by the controversial decision.
The PGMOL have since apologised for the mistake, dropping Hooper and the VAR team for this weekend’s Premier League fixtures.
Now Wolves have poked fun at the incident by mocking up a video of the Onana error and pairing it with comedy show Impractical Jokers.
In the clip, which the club shared on Instagram, the Jokers can be seen urging Onana to do a “cannonball” – a snippet from one of their old episodes.
It then cuts to the Man Utd shot-stopper as he slams into Kalajdzic.
And football fans loved Wolves’ brilliant response as they took to social media to show their appreciation.
One said: “This is amazing .”

Another added: “This deserves Europa Conference [League] minimum.”
A third replied: “So accurate .”
And a fourth responded: “Wolves doing Onana dirty with this.

After the game, Onana insisted he did not think the coming together was a penalty.
When asked whether he thought it was a foul, he told Sky Sports: “No, totally no.
“As a keeper you make decision – sometimes you are right, sometimes you are not. I made a decision and I am responsible for everything.
“For me it was just contact between two big guys and I was calm. I knew nothing would happen there.”
When pressed on how confident he was that a spot kick would not be given, he added: “Of course I was confident.”
Meanwhile, Man Utd legend Gary Neville ripped into his former side’s tactics as they failed to impress in their Premier League opener.
He said: “Last season when Manchester United needed a goal at home, Luke Shaw was one of the best I think probably attacking players for United.
“Combining with [Alejandro] Garnacho, combining with Rashford last year.
“It’s simple at Old Trafford; the pitch is wide, you stretch teams.
“If you’re not a full-back comfortable going in there, don’t create inverted full-backs.
“My view is, put someone in there that’s comfortable going in there.
“Luke Shaw’s one of the best attackers going forward combing with that left-winger.”
