O2 customers are just realising they can get Disney+ for FREE – find out how

O2 is giving select customers free bonus access to Disney+.

The move comes just days after the streaming service revealed that it’s hiking prices.

So this could be a good opportunity to save some money.

O2 subscribers eligible for the offer have received a text message.

If you haven’t, you can check the Priority app.

Some report receiving three months access while others have been offered six months.

O2 already offers a limited amount of free access to Disney+ to new subscribers when they join.

But this latest giveaway is on top of that and appears to be for some existing customers.

If you are entitled to the offer be sure to cancel before the three months are up if you don’t want to be charged.

Otherwise it’ll be added onto your monthly phone bill.

Password sharing crackdown?

As well as unveiling new prices – which include an ad-supported plan – Disney also shared another big change that could come as early as next year.

The entertainment giant has suggested it is looking into ways to prevent people from sharing their accounts.

CEO Bob Iger said this week that the company is “actively exploring ways to address account sharing”.

It follows Netflix, which introduced an account sharing ban earlier this year.
