A HOLIDAY park trick could help families save more than £500 on their holiday this summer.
Anyone staying in Europe with Eurocamp could cut as much as 30 per cent off their trip using the Hop & Save initiative.

The hack involves staying at multiple different sites during the same trip, or changing accommodation type at the same park, and making the most of short-term deals.
Eurocamp has plenty of short-term three or four-night discounts on offer, and by booking them back-to-back, guests can really bring down the price of their stays.
This could either be at different camps nearby, enabling guests to explore more of the area they’re staying in, or by switching accommodation types at the same park.
The more hopping holidaymakers do, the more they can reduce their holiday costs.
For instance, 20 per cent can be saved by changing accommodation or park once, 25 per cent can be trimmed with two changes and a saving of 30 per cent can be made with three changes.
One example can be seen on a nine-night stay in France, in which families could save £544.
It involves three nights in La Vallée, a five star resort in Normandy, three nights in La Croix du Vieux Pont, a five star resort in Paris and three nights in L’Atlantique, a four star resort in Brittany.
Doing this can save a family £544 when compared to staying in just one resort for the full nine-night stay.
In order to make the most of the deals, bookings must be made before August 28.
Eurocamp said: “A Hop & Save Eurocamp holiday is perfect for families who want to explore even more whilst also saving precious pounds.
“You and your loved ones can experience all that a parc has to offer, or explore Eurocamp in multiple different locations for a truly unique holiday.
“High season means high demand, but the good news is that we have pockets of availability on many of our best-loved parcs.

“If you’re happy to hop from parc to parc – or between accommodation types on the same parc – your savings really start to add up. The more you hop, the more you save.”
The discounts are available on new holiday bookings made over the phone with the Eurocamp holiday advisor team, which include two or more consecutive qualifying short stays.
Hop and save isn’t the only clever trick that people can use to keep costs down when booking holidays.
Cody Candee, CEO of Travel specialists Bounce explained how people can use the “wonky weekend” method to cut down on prices too.
This involves travelling from Saturday to Monday, instead of the much more common Friday to Sunday.
By shifting a trip by just one day, holidaymakers could end up saving a lot of money.
He said: “It is commonly known that traveling mid-week will offer you cheaper tickets when it comes to flights, trains, and buses, but what if you can’t take that much holiday from work?
“Travelling from Saturday to Monday rather than Friday to Sunday will mean not only bagging cheaper deals but avoiding those chaotic ‘rush hours’.”
