Argos shoppers rush to buy 50-inch Samsung smart TV – you can save over £150 with new deal

ARGOS shoppers have been flocking to buy a 50-inch Samsung smart TV with savings of over £150 thanks to a new deal.

Initially going for £549 it has seen the price slashed by £170 for any customers needing a new screen for their living room.

It has Freeview built in and all the usual smart TV apps you would expect like BBC iPlayer, ITVXNetflix and Amazon Prime.

There is one USB port and three HDMI sockets for you to connect your other favourite devices or game consoles.

As well as accessing popular streaming services, Samsung TV Plus provides instant access to loads of extra free TV channels, straight out of the box.

There are movies, entertainment, sports, news and children’s channels.

And Argos says that there is “no need for sign-ups, subscriptions or credit cards, it’s 100% free”.

While Motion Xcelerator provides smooth motion for gaming, helping you stay one step ahead of the competition.

There is Adaptive Sound too, and Q-Symphony Lite with selected Samsung soundbars which allows the TV and soundbar to work in harmony for a truly immersive experience. 

The sleek TV is also compatible with Amazon’s Alexa speaker so you can use voice control whenever you can’t find the remote.
