A William Hill racing punter had a Thursday night to remember after scooping over £11,000 from just a fiver.
The bettor’s 18p each-way lucky 15 landed a sensational return – despite having a NON-RUNNER.

Their winning spree came across the remaining three races, all 80 minutes apart in their start time.
And despite the non-runner, it’s clear to see how the big returns were accumulated, with odds of 20/1, 25/1 and 50/1 all rolling in.
The first selection was Tory Reel in the 6.00 Killarney, ridden by Gary Noonan.
Selected at 25/1, this punter wasn’t the only supporter as the horse went off at 16s and ran down long time leader Away To Milan in the closing stages having stayed on resolutely.
Their next selection was also from Killarney, though was a non-runner.
So it was a 45-minute wait from winner number one to the next selection which came at Worcester, with Emanate picked at massive 50/1 odds.

Sam Twiston-Davies was riding for Neil Mulholland and the horse went off at 100/1.
Emanate went second at the second-last hurdle before disputing the lead over the final obstacle, winning by a short head in the end.
Worcester would be the scene of the final runner, too, with G’day Aussie picked at more huge odds, this time 25/1.
This was another that had a huge upturn in form and looked set for a place heading to the final hurdle, before staying on really well to win by a length for Lee Edwards and trainer Dave Roberts.
That saw the punter win £11,235.60 from their £5.40 stake.
William Hill spokesperson, Lee Phelps, said: “It was a pretty memorable Thursday night for one of our customers who managed to win over £11.2k from a £5.40 bet.
“Although they had a non-runner within their Lucky15, all three of the other selections won and, given they went in at 20/1, 50/1 and 25/1, it’s no surprise they are taking home the sizeable amount of £11,235.60.”
With that non-runner, there might always be a feeling of ‘what if…..’
