ANGE POSTECOGLOU’S first match as Tottenham Hotspur boss has ended in defeat.
And Spurs fans were all pointing out the same thing after the ex-Celtic manager lost 3-2 to West Ham.

Postecoglou, 57, left Parkhead at end of last season to take up the vacancy in North London.
He departed having won five of six domestic trophies available, leading the Hoops to a treble in his second and final campaign in charge.
Away from the trophy success, Postecoglou’s all-action style of football – often coined ‘Angeball’ – delighted Celtic fans over the past two years.
And it certainly wasn’t boring either as Spurs faced-off with London rivals West Ham in a pre-season encounter in Perth, Australia.
If his time at Celtic taught anyone anything, it was that goals were more or less a guarantee in games involving Postecoglou’s teams.
And there were FIVE here.
West Ham raced into a 2-0 first-half lead with Danny Ings and Divin Mubama scoring, before Giovani Lo Celso and Destiny Ugodige struck twice in a three-minute spell to bring it level again.
The Hammers and boss David Moyes had the last laugh, however, with Gianluca Scamacca scoring a 78th minute winner.
And there were evidently a couple of things on most Spurs’ fans minds at the full time whistle.
Firstly, the first look at Postecoglou’s style seemed to impress.
Spurs had a huge 31 shots during the game, compared to West Ham’s five.
And that leads into the second thing Spurs fans were all talking about – improvement in defence.
One fan commented: “Result is irrelevant. That is the best I’ve seen Spurs perform in a long time.
“Give Ange one, just one, world class centre back and we will win a trophy 100 per-cent.”
Another added: “Very promising going forward. Defenders please!”
A third said: “Genuinely enjoyed that more than any competitive Spurs game for the last three years.”
Another added: “This was his first game. Imagine in three months time how well spurs will play”
A fifth optimistically added: “Two new centre backs and it will be perfect.”
Postecoglou will get another 90 minutes with his new players this coming weekend.
It’s English opposition once again in the form of relegated Leicester.
