TSB down updates — Hundreds experience issues with mobile and online banking as customers unable to login to app

TSB IS DOWN for hundreds of customers as they experience issues with mobile and online banking.

According to DownDetector, over 1,000 customers have reported issues today.

Many customers have taken to social media to complain about the bank as they are unable to login.

One said: “TSB can’t log into the app with memorable information or Face ID?”

A TSB spokesperson told The Sun: “We’re aware customers are experiencing issues logging into our Mobile Banking app and Internet Banking. We’re working to resolve this as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience.”
