BRIT holidaymakers have been warned after a foreign seaside resort “bans tourists” due to overcrowding.
Travellers who are planning to jet off this summer to bask in glorious sunshine will need to make sure they keep updated with the rules.

Thousands of holidaygoers make the their way to Italy each year to enjoy the breath-taking views of the Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.
But the winding roads of this holiday hotspot means the surge in tourists leads to traffic and access problems.
An odd new rule has now been put in place to control traffic during the busiest season of the year.
These new restrictions will ban certain tourists depending on their car license plate when travelling in the area, reports travel experts at Capri.com,
The advice said: “During summer 2023, the road space rationing system of alternating license plates will be active on State Route 145 (SS 145) between Vico Equense and Sorrento.
“This means that on even-numbered days, cars with license plates that end in an even number are not allowed to circulate, and on odd-numbered days, vehicles with license plates that end in an odd number are not allowed to circulate.
“From June 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023 the ordinance is in effect every day from 8 am to 7 pm.”
However, the advice states that residents, commuters, and tourists “with reservations in accommodation facilities on the Sorrento Peninsula” are exempt from the rules.
Tourists heading to the Amalfi Coast will find the same restrictions in place.
The advice added: ” The same road space rationing system described above is also in effect along State Route 163 (SS 163).
“Alternate-day travel is in force from 10 am to 6 pm between June 15-September 30. Residents, commuters, and hotel guests with reservations are exempt.”
It comes after Brits were stunned as an urgent Ryanair flight cancellation warning was issued for Italy.
Ryanair confirmed that cancellations and flight disruptions are expected for those travelling to and from the European hotspot today.
The announcement comes after negotiations between Italy’s transport ministry and trade unions failed on Wednesday, with no further talks currently expected.
Following meetings, a long, planned eight-hour strike was decided upon for Italian Air Traffic Control and Local airport providers, with severe disruption expected to national air travel.
Meanwhile, Dublin Airport have issued a warning to thousands of passengers ahead of another busy weekend.
Car parking spaces are set to be in short supply due to “very high demand” on Saturday and Sunday.
