‘Idiot’ motorist blasted over parking his car at Tesco – and everyone’s saying the same thing

AN inconsiderate motorist has been blasted for how they parked their car at a Tesco supermarket.

The “idiot” driver’s car was pictured at the end of a zebra crossing, after they apparently thought it was an actual parking bay at the Coventry store.

BPMA Tesco spokesperson also said they hoped to not see the ‘inconsiderate parking’ again[/caption]

A furious local uploaded the image to Facebook, ranting about the stupidity of the parking.

The furious local wrote: “Just another idiot in Tesco this evening. The guy just missed the correct parking space.”

The post prompted a severe response from commenters, who were quick to lash out at the dopey driver.

One wrote: “Yet another joke driver, they have absolutely no clue what is around them or with them.”

NOTE SCARE

I was left a sinister note after parking near a hospital… I’m terrified

Someone who had been at the shop that day also chimed in, saying: “Had to walk round with a pushchair. Glad there wasn’t another car to the right.”

Another critic added: “And people wonder why accidents happen. Needs to go to Specsavers.”

However, some did defend the driver and made the point that, while obviously a zebra crossing in the photo, the road markings do make it look like a parking spot.

One of the friendlier comments said: “Could just be someone who’s had a long day, got a lot going on, and in a bit of a world of their own, don’t be so harsh, that’s all I’ll say.”

Another agreed, writing: “Not going to lie I did see this space this afternoon and it does look like a parking space.”

Tesco were less understanding, however, with a spokesperson saying: We’d like to thank all our customers who park responsibly and are disappointed to see this inconsiderate parking outside of the designated spaces, which we would not expect to happen again.”
