According to the Daily Mail, the Liverpool captain will make a decision before Friday.
He is said to have doubts over his future at Anfield and has been approached by Al-Ettifaq.
The Saudi side have offered him a two-year deal with the option of a further year.
Henderson would also receive a 50% pay rise to take his weekly wages to around £210,000.
The report adds that Al-Ettifaq are ready to make a formal approach once Henderson makes his decision.
He had been reluctant to leave Liverpool due to concerns it would impact his place in the England team ahead of Euro 2024.
His family were also said to have reservations over relocating to the Middle East.
If he were to join the club then he would reunite with ex-team-mate Steven Gerrard.

Gerrard was appointed Al-Ettifaq manager earlier this month on a deal through to the summer of 2025.
He played alongside Henderson 141 times for Liverpool and England between 2011 and 2015.
The ex-Rangers boss had rejected an offer before a U-turn saw him take over at Al-Ettifaq.
Following his appointment, Gerrard made Henderson a priority signing alongside Chelsea forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
