Bayern Munich ‘ready to break the bank for Harry Kane with mammoth third transfer bid’ for Tottenham star

BAYERN MUNICH are ready to break the bank to sign Harry Kane and launch a huge third bid, according to reports.

The German champions could offer between £77million and £81million.

The claims from L’Equipe say that Bayern may even go as high as £85million to secure their top target.

Tottenham are determined not to sell Kane despite him having just one year remaining on his contract.

It is believed that Spurs have slapped a £100million price tag on the 29-year-old to deter his admirers.

Bayern Munich have reportedly bid twice for him already this summer with their offer valued at £70million.

Talks between boss Thomas Tuchel and Kane have also supposedly taken place with personal terms not thought to be a problem.

However, Spurs chief Daniel Levy remains hopeful the club can tie the striker down to a new contract.

There has been suggestions that he could be offered a whopping new deal that would see him take home £400,000-a-week.

If accepted, Kane would become the second highest paid player in the Premier League.

Meanwhile, Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou has admitted that he has received no assurances over the future of the England captain.

Bayern have supposedly set their sights on signing Manchester City star Julian Alvarez on loan if they can’t land Kane.
