LAURA SANKO has hit back at a UFC fan for claiming she made “sex noises” during her recent commentary outing.
The former Invicta FC atomweight was back in the booth along with Brendan Fitzgerald and Brit Michael Bisping on Saturday night for UFC Vegas 76.

The 40-year-old’s technical breakdown and analysis of the ongoings in the octagon was, as usual, on point and incredibly incise.
But she was bombarded with sexist comments from Twitter trolls, one of whom derogatorily claimed her gasps at significant moments in the fights were reminiscent of “sex noises”.
The sick troll even said Sanko’s alleged “sex noises” were a “deliberate” ploy to endear further herself to the largely male audience.
It didn’t take long for Sanko – a long-time member of the UFC’s broadcasting team – to see the distasteful and disrespectful comments, which she replied to in blistering fashion.
She wrote: “You sound like the type of guy who masturbates to women’s tennis.”
Sanko’s legion of followers were quick to comment, with one saying: “Laura just eliminated this man.”
Another said: “Don’t f**k with the Queen of MMA. I’m just saying.
“That was a power takedown if I’ve ever seen one.

“Good god I hope he’s smart enough to delete his account. Walk-off KO by Sanko.”
And another said: “This tweet needs to be under the definition of ‘righteous annihilation.’”
One remarked: “10-7 Laura Sanko. Absolute domination in the 1st!
Another chimed in: “That’s a 10-8 round no matter what judge we got.”
Sanko made history earlier this year when she became the first female in the UFC’s 30-year run to commentate on fights.
Ahead of her commentary bow, she said: “Taking the next step to join the UFC commentary team has been a goal of mine since I began my broadcast career.
“It is an honour to walk in the footprint of Kathy Long 30 years after her appearance on UFC 1.
“I consider it a true privilege to be part of the team that is a voice to our incredible fans, communicating the fighting art of each man and woman who steps inside the UFC Octagon.”
