COUNTING DOWN

Countdown fans all have the same complaint as show favourite disappears

One wrote: Rachel’s Christmas pudding jumper reminds me of @katyperry’s California Gurls music video @RachelRileyRR @C4Countdown #Countdown.”

Another added: “Rachel Riley is definitely getting into the Christmas spirit on Countdown today… She’s trying to warm up the pensioners that are watching to save on their heating bill Can I have two from the top.”

A third gushed: “Wow, Rachel is a stunner.”

A fourth joked: “Lovely puddings!”

The star, who has been co-presenting Countdown for over a decade, once treated fans to a selection of the naughtiest words to have ever appeared on the show.

The cringeworthy letters which are picked at random included, “erection”, “shags”, “todgers”, “vaginas”, “orgasms” and, most bizarrely of all, “OK I squirt”.

Rachel was joined by host Colin Murray, who has stepped in to front the show after Anne Robinson left earlier this year.
