TOTTENHAM are reportedly set to sign Clement Lenglet in a permanent transfer from Barcelona.
Lenglet, 28, joined the Lilywhites on a season-long loan last summer and made 35 appearances across all competitions during the 2022-23 campaign.

And according to Spanish outlet Sport, he is now expected to join the club on a permanent basis, with a three-year deal in the pipeline.
Barcelona are said to be eager to offload Lenglet this summer as part of a mass exodus of players.
And they will demand around just £8.6million for his signature.
The two clubs have been locked in talks “for some time”, but they are yet to reach an agreement on a fee.
Lenglet will likely become Tottenham‘s second signing of the summer.
Dejan Kulusevski was announced as Ange Postecoglou’s first addition earlier this month, after the Lilywhites made his 18-month loan deal permanent for a £26m fee.
While fans were thrilled with the Swede’s new deal, the prospect of Lenglet’s permanent arrival is proving to be much less favourable.
One Spurs fan tweeted: “Lenglet is so useless and that was a Lenglet in a back three with defensive tactics, now imagine how bad he’ll be in Ange’s system.
“Better to give one of the academy kids the chance.”
Another added: “Hope it isn’t true.”
A third wrote: “Ohhh noo please not Lenglet on a three year deal.. please no.”
While a fourth commented: “He was part of the problem last season. Nowhere near good enough.”
Tottenham are also pushing to sign James Maddison from Leicester.
The midfielder has already agreed personal terms with the Lilywhites, but a transfer fee has not yet been agreed.
