Gender of Lindsay Lohan’s baby revealed and star is ‘very close’ to giving birth

Lindsay Lohan is having a baby boy!

Sources have revealed to TMZ that the Mean Girls actress, 36, is expecting a son with husband Bader Shammas.

The sources have also revealed Lohan is reportedly very close to welcoming her baby.

Lohan, who has lived in Dubai for the past several years, will have her mother by her side for the birth, the star’s representatives confirmed to Page Six.

“Lindsay’s mother, Dina, will actually be by her side in Dubai for the birth,” the outlet’s report read.

“And some of Lindsay’s siblings will also be overseas around the same time as the birth to meet their new nephew.”

The Parent Trap star first shared her baby news in March via an Instagram post, in which she shared an image of a baby onesie with “coming soon…” written on it.

“We are blessed and excited!” she captioned the post.

Soon after, Lohan threw a baby shower in New York City where she was reunited with sister Aliana, 29, her brother Dakota, 26, and mum Dina, 60.

Lohan shared several snaps to Instagram of the rare family reunion to honour the former child star.

“Flew into town to shower my gorgeous preggers bestie and glowing mama-to-be,” Lohan’s friend Juliet Angus wrote on Instagram.

Lohan also shared a sweet photo of herself and Aliana with the simple caption: “Sisters”.

Lindsay’s mum also told People she was overjoyed to be having a second grandchild. 

“I’m literally over the moon. I’m so happy, I can’t stop smiling,” Dina said. 

“It’s incredible. We’re just so excited. It’s just such a beautiful thing for my child! And I love babies. Who doesn’t?

“My oldest baby is having a baby.”
