A SHOCKING video has shown a Good Samaritan rushing to help an “unconscious driver” hanging out of his car, but then realising a mortifying error.
The woman was left in shock when she discovered what the man was actually doing in his car – and decided to film the moment with her mobile phone.

TikTok user @spicevintage uploaded a video to social media showing a man who appears to be unconscious with his head lying in the driver’s footwell and his feet on the floor outside the car.
But, it turns out that he was actually using a head torch to check under the dashboard of his car – which appears to be parked on his own driveway.
The Good Samaritan said: “I just have seen this guy passed out in his car. Are you good? I thought you were passed out. I’m so sorry.”
The woman behind the camera claims that she didn’t know what to expect because the last time this happened, the driver was ‘wasted’.
The video has gone viral on social media with more than 143,300 views and 139 comments.
Users on TikTok praised the woman for checking that the man was ok.
One said: “You’re a gem for checking in on him!.”
The poster replied: “I was so worried.”
Another said: “This is so funny but so cute that you stopped to check on him.”
A third pointed out: “Good Samaritan… because you never know.”
This comes after a BMW driver was fined for some diabolical parking, but a passer-by has also handed out their own disgusting revenge.
